HMAS Warramunga at Station Pier

Victorian Ports Corporation (Melbourne) is delighted to welcome the return of The Royal Australian Navy’s (RAN) HMAS Warramunga which will be berthed at Station Pier from Friday 19 October to Monday 22 October 2018.

To commemorate the visit, RAN will fire a volley of blank cartridges for sunset.  Two volleys will be fired in training at approximately 3.30 pm – 4 pm and a third volley will be fired at an official reception that will be held on-board at 7.30 pm. Please do not be alarmed by these volleys.

The ship will be open to the public from 11 am to 4 pm on Saturday 20 October - visit this page on the RAN website to book free tickets and for information about the event.

A good vantage point to view the ship is West Finger Pier, next to Station Pier.
