Corporate governance

Victorian Ports Corporation (Melbourne) (VPCM) is governed by a Board of Management appointed by the Governor in Council on the recommendation of the Minister for Ports and Freight in consultation with the Treasurer, for a renewable term of up to three years.

Accountable to the Minister for Ports and Freight, Directors hold office pursuant to the Transport Integration Act 2010 (Vic) on terms and conditions specified in the instrument of appointment and have overall responsibility for the corporate governance of VPCM.​
